One In The Chamber Drops “Tell Me When” Ahead Of Acoustic EP, The Cabin Sessions
Since the release of their 2018 debut studio EP, One In The Chamber has been compared to the likes of Guns N’ Roses, Led Zeppelin, Soundgarden, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Queens Of The Stone Age, and July Talk. The band is excited to announce their third EP, and their first acoustic project, The Cabin Sessions, to be released on November 1, 2024. In celebration of their new release, One In The Chamber will perform a special acoustic performance at Toronto’s Collective Arts for their album release party on November 2, alongside Dylan Hennessy and Emily Mac.
In the spring of 2023, One In The Chamber and producer Myke Penney (The Jailbirds) got together in a cottage for a weekend with the goal of creating a record unlike anything the band had done before. The result of their DIY effort is The Cabin Sessions, a four track EP that remains nearly entirely acoustic and sees the band channel a wider range of influences that had previously been more sublime.
“Tell Me When” marks the first single from the upcoming album, giving listeners a taste of what to expect from the rock band. In addition to working with Penney, the music video is also the first collaboration with Anthony Leclair and Marla Hardy. “Tell Me When” plays with the lyrical themes to tell a story of longing for days long gone.
