Dear Rouge recently came through eastern Ontario with show stops at the Broom Factory in Kingston and the Bronson Music Centre in Ottawa.
The rock duo formed by the husband and wife team of Drew and Danielle McTaggart came on the Canadian music scene over ten years ago. They won the Juno Award in 2016 for Breakthrough Group of the Year following the release of “Black to Gold”. Dear Rouge has enjoyed radio play on both sides of the border for songs “Boys and Blondes”, “Live Through The Night”, “Fake Fame”, “Gimme Spirit” and “Meet Me At The Rio”.
This current tour celebrates new music from the brand new album called “Lonesome High”. As the band says on their website – “Lonesome High” will “sway you away into a realm of rock music that fully embodies the band’s longtime mantra of “gut and gloss”
