Release Day Ep 10 – Flara K

Release Day Ep 10 – Flara K

On Episode 10 of Release Day, Alex Huard sits down with Montreal Pop duo Flara K to talk about their unique approach to releasing their debut EP “Anxious, Irrational, Fashionable” during the COVID era.

Just days before recording the interview, Sam and Collin returned home from a month-long RV trip that took them from Montreal, Quebec, to Vancouver, British Columbia. Not only did this allow them to escape the confines of their apartment, but to also creatively promote their new project and connect with industry peers along the way.

Sam and Collin also used this as an opportunity to raise awareness and donations for the Unison Benevolent Fund, a non-profit, registered charity that provides counselling and emergency relief services to the Canadian music community.

So if you’re in need of a feel good story, and a reminder of just how exceptional Canada’s musicians and music industry are, we hope you enjoy this episode.

Thank you for watching.
