JULIAN TAYLOR RELEASES NEW MUSIC VIDEO “RUNNING AWAY”

Award-winning Americana/folk singer-songwriter Julian Taylor has recently released his latest single, “Running Away,” the second single from Taylor’s forthcoming album, Pathways, which is to be released on September 27. 

“All my life, I’ve been a huge rural blues fan,” says Taylor. “My grandfather used to spin old blues records like Sonny Terry and Brownie McGee when I was a kid, so that kind of rockabilly country blues groove lives inside me. It speaks to letting go, and trying to elevate oneself from burdens that have caused hurt. I love that this is the first take of the song, right off the floor. We cut it a few more times but nothing had the electrifying spark that the first take had. I can’t wait to play this live!”
