George Thorogood & The Destroyers’ 2026 “Baddest Show on Earth” tour brought
high-energy boogie-blues to the Hard Rock Casino Ottawa, playing to a sold-out crowd
eager for a night of classic rock swagger.

Thorogood’s powerful vocals and signature slide-guitar attack proved he’s still at the top of his game, delivering crowd favourites like “Bad to the Bone,” “One Bourbon, One Scotch, One Beer,” and “Get a Haircut,” along with plenty more fan-pleasing staples from his deep catalogue.

Opening for The Rolling Stones on their 1981 tour helped him build a massive fan base and he’s never looked back. With 15 albums under his belt, Thorogood showed the Ottawa audience just how strong and enduring his song repertoire remains, keeping the energy high from start to finish.

The Ottawa show stop was one of three Canadian shows over the Easter weekend that also included First Hamilton Concert Hall in Hamilton and Casino Rama in Orillia.
