Electric Island, Toronto – Festival Photo Set

Electric Island returned to Toronto on August 7th and made for one hell of a civic day party. The fact this event was no where near an island (due to flooding) didn’t stop fans flooding in to the festival… Fans saw performances from Nina Kraviz, Dam-Funk, KiNK, and Jonathan Rosa on the main stage and Addy, Deetron, Greg Gow, Nature of Music and Jeremy Stott on the garden stage. About 5 minutes into headliner Nina Kraviz’s set, Toronto rain started pouring down, the kind where it’s sunny one second and you’re drenched the next. As I looked back up after scurrying to put my camera away, I think I may have been the only one who noticed, everyone was so entranced by her set that no one else seemed to miss beat. What a great way to end the long weekend!

Electric Island is gearing up for their last event of the season, coming Labour Day Weekend (September 3rd & 4th) tickets are on sale at http://electricisland.to
